    Iain Vellacott, Development Planning PR Strategist

    Iain Vellacott works as a consultant to Fortune PR on property and community relations projects.

    Iain has almost 40 years’ experience in the property business, originally working as a Chartered Surveyor for the Grosvenor Estate and as a director of a public property company before setting up on his own in 1991 to specialise exclusively on the political and PR side of planning negotiations.

    Over the past 25 years, Iain has acted for many of the country’s top housebuilders and development companies on medium and large scale housing proposals, commercial, mixed-use and regeneration schemes, quarry extensions and waste disposal applications.
