Abbeyfield – Luxury Development

Raising awareness of a new luxury sheltered accommodation in Cambridge in order to secure sales and lettings by the launch date.

Developed the editorial schedule including features on the development, sales updates, key questions from buyers, community/lifestyle information and buyer profiles
Producedpersonnel profiles to demonstrate the expertise and dedication of staff – interviewing cross section of staff, from the manager of the development to the community relations manager to write their stories

Abbeyfield Girton News was sent to the homes of retired people living within a five-mile radius of the new development.  Sales representatives handed newsletters to prospective viewers.  Abbeyfield Girton News played an important part in  driving visitors to the development website and stimulating enquiries from seniors interested in the development as well as meeting all their information needs.  All the apartments for sale were snapped up before the development was completed.
